        Since you are able to connect to the DB once you restart the services but you get the error after some time. I can think of firewall issues. Can you try disabling the firewall and check again.

          Please stop guessing at random solutions. There's nothing in the log whatsoever to suggest a firewall is causing the issue. We need the original poster to provide a log and timestamp at which the problem occurs. Then we can start to work out what the root cause it.
