    SQL Developer will not start - no errors, no splash, nothing (new topic)

      System:

      #Windows 7 (32bit)

      #JDK 7u67

      Problem:

      When trying to run SQL Developer (version 4.0.2), starts only only boot screen and progress bar stops at about 15-20%. After about 5 seconds, everything disappears without any error ...

       

      Run from \sqldeveloper\bin\sqldeveloper.exe gives: the errors:
