GUI Drawing Issues in windows 8.1

I have this problem. After some minutes I'm working with SQL Developer the GUI start to have problems drawing the interface and make all practically unusable. Menus won't show, text wont refresh, etc(see picture) I've tried the version with JRE and the version without JRE. I've tried also using NVIDIA graphic card and Intel HD Graphics. I have all up to date(jre, video drivers). I'm not having issues with another JAVA applications like Eclipse.

try setting the Look and Feel in preferences, on the first page, to Windows

Didn't work either. I also've tried the options:

AddVMOption -Dsun.java2d.opengl=true
AddVMOption -Dsun.java2d.d3d=false
AddVMOption -Dsun.java2d.noddraw=true

But nothing.
