[4.1EA1]CVS Support

archimedeDec 29 2014 — edited Mar 12 2015

Hi.

I'm testing the latest SQLDev on my Mac (OS X 10.9.5) but I'm unable to add CVS Support.

When I do Check for updates, it seems to download something (apparently with no errors) but upon restart I see no traces of CVS. In fact, if I repeat the process, CVS is still under the available updates.

While I'm at it, is there any way to migrate CVS settings from previous SQLDev version? I find it a bit annoying having to (re)configure it every time I upgrade: am I missing something?

TIA.

Alessandro

When I change 101 to LOGIN_DESKTOP I get

Sorry, this page isn't available

Application "30101" Page "LOGIN_DESKTOP" not found.

Contact your application administrator.

you probably deleted this pages, create another application and copy this page to your application.

Yes, I deleted the new login page, but not the original 101. How do I set LOGIN_DESKTOP back to 101. Is that an application item? Thanks.

Pete

in the image that I sent to you, try to replace LOGIN_DESKTOP for the number of the page that you want

Answer

LOGIN_DESKTOP is an alias to your login page.

When you create a new application (or new scheme) the logon page is automatically given that alias.

If you manually delete the page, then the alias does not point to anything.

All you have to do is manually add the alias back in to your original login page.
