Why don't Views have a Constraints tab in SQL Developer 4.0.3 or 4.1.0?

I create constraints on views all of the time now to improve performance when working across a dblink, but I can only confirm them by looking at the DDL tab. Shouldn't there be a Constraints tab like tables have? After all there is a triggers tab for views.

In relation to that, shouldn't there be a right click option in the Connections window for Constraint and Trigger on views like there is for Tables?

      Thanks in advance,
