Short answer: No.
Longer answer: No, not possible. Oracle actually want to help you there and pre-position things for you rather than forcing you to do everything manually. It's about usability for end users.
In the views (table, pivot, chart, .... not in the criteria of an analysis) the columns are all in by default (the performance tile is the one without that behavior just because it display 1 single measure at a time).
So it's what Christian Berg said, Oracle does it to help (in the same way they try to suggest the most adapted chart etc.).

if you've a report with lots of measures i've to exclude them all 1 by 1... But anywat thanks guys, was hoping that there was a hidden option to exclude the columns by default from the view.
