Can you make sure, all the BI components are up & running?
Along with this, you can check for the error log in AdminServer.log, NQQuery.log NQServer.log
Let me know if problem persists.
Try with samplesales or other developed repository which doesn't have any consistency errors. upload the repository and restart all the services and check.
(or) open the current repository in Admin Tool and Run the global consistency check. clear the errors if you have any with repository and then upload that rpd.
(or) If you are using for 10g rpd, then upgrade first to 11g rpd and then use the same.

I forgot my account hence i used this account instead. I have installed OBIEE again. For the first time, I can login to http://localhost:9704/analytics. However, when I restart my laptop, I find the error again. All the services and components are up and running. Can anyone help me?
