Thanks Kiran for the reply,
Ye the user_dump_dest is matching with the message displyed in the pop up window when we enable forms trace. But, the actual loction of the trace file is under diagnostic_dest directory. Trying to figure out, from where the user_dump_dest directory values are being picked up for the popup message window.

What is your database version?
If its 11g or higher then you should remove the user_dump_dest parameter from the init file as per note - Database Initialization Parameters for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (Doc ID 396009.1) and keep diagnostic_dest only.
On 11g database, trace files should be generated at diagnostic_dest location.
Use the following to locate the trace file:
select value from v$diag_info where name = 'Diag Trace';
Please see below notes:

Thanks again Kiran,
DB version is 12c 220.127.116.11
The information sort of provides the location of the trace, and veryhelpful to find the trace files. The informtation that I'm looking for is around the msg file for the popup window. Probably it's looking for the user_dump_dest location if definded(Yes, we still have this parameter in parameter file).
There are 2 possible things I could explore.
1. Remove the parameter and keep only diag_info as suggested, then the pop up window will probably show diag_info.
2. Glance at R12.2 and check if the value by default shows the diag_info than the old user_dump_dest.
Let's mark this thread as answered for now. I shall update as soon as I come across some thing.
Thank you for the help and support.
