Do you mean that the request is still running on schedule but it no longer spawns its child request "Pick Slip Process Report"?
Could you please provide the log file of the request both when it was working properly and now?
The request not running on schedule and not spawning its sub sequent requests, attached the old and current request logs.
Note: here if I submit the same request by other user it spawning its sub sequent requests

Can you please let us know what happens when you schedule/submit this request with SYSADMIN user? It goes to Inactive/No Manager or Pending Standby or nothing happens?
I am unable to reschedule the request with sysadmin user but I am able to reschedule by other user, even I tried one time run with sysadmin user, nothing happening , no error messages and there was no changes recently in system.

Can you please identify which manager process this request using below query :

And verify the specialization rule for this manager and see if SYSADMIN user is excluded.
It was running until April 6th, after that the schedule is missing and there were no changes, even one time run also no being picking up and there were no error messages to dig further.
