    Cannot Log into Orcle EBS


      Hi All,


      We have a issue where a users Oracle user record has a end date of 1 May for example.

      The user tries to log into the system on 30 April, but the system wont allow them.


      After we reset the record by changing the date > Save the record > change the date back to original date> save, the user can then log in fine with the same end date of 1 May that was set initially.


      Why does the user record need to be updated for the end date to take effect?


      we upgraded to 12.1.3, Feb 2015. the issue seemed to have started after that.
