      my question is this the Journals entries for Accrue end period for expense item or what's the Correct Journals?

       

      Dr: Charge  Account
      Cr: Expense Ap Accrual

       

      for Encumbrance:

       

      Cr: Budget

      Dr: REF

       

      for next period when match the invoice :

       

      Dr:Expense Ap Accrual

      Cr:Liability

      Encumbrance

      Dr:Budget

      Cr:REF
