    Wanted to check for expense items, accruals are generated at which step, receive or deliver?


      The business are doing 2 stage receiving - Receive and then Deliver but the expectation is that for expense items the receipt should be available for accrual even only the Receive step has been completed.

      For Inventory Oracle clearly states an online accrual will only be made when a receipt is both Received and Delivered. It does not state this is the case for Expense items.
