    OBIEE presentation service component is down

      Hello, on newly installed OBIEE 11g environment, only presentation service is down and all other BI service are up.

      The RPD and Catalog are on shared drive and verified to be accessible.

       

      I can open "samplelite" "online" from BI Administration.

       

      There is some security issue with the catalog.
