Have you checked the actual log files of the WLS admin server, the managed server etc?
Can you access WLS console?
Are all deployments running?
Have you already stopped everything and only started the Admin Server + Node Manager | Managed Server | OPMN components one by one and checking status and log files in between these steps?
We need more information and you need to do some effort to troubleshoot this. It's not rocket science but it's also nothing that you can expect to be magically done by a single "Set THIS_WILL_WORK = TRUE" answer.
