        Before you start off with re-install, i would recommend to copy the janz file from prod environment and that should bring in your default application roles and obi strip along with any custom roles you have defined( hoping your dev/qa and prod are in sync). Then try to do a guid refresh and then login to console and em to make sure you have those things popped for you. Once done do a quick restart and see if everything is back and normal. By the way which version of OBIEE are you on ?

          Hi Sunil,

           

          I copied the Prod System JAzn and now obi stripe and Application roles are back. I did the GUID refresh as well, but my Authentication is still not working in the Answers (not through the Admin user as well). I have LDAP Authentication  configured and the

          OBIEE versions is 11.1.1.7 .

          Here is the Log from Presentation services :-

            Do you see any other errors in admin and biserver log's? Do this create a new blank catalog and then restart the opmn services and see if you can login now.

             

            Did you check if all of your services are up and running?
