              There was a BUG created for this: Bug 19918150 : ORA-6508 - AD_TRACKABLE_ENTITIES_PKG

              But closed without solution (not a BUG). Check package AD_TRACKABLE_ENTITIES_PKG status and compile it. Provide error of package compilation

              Thanks

                Oracle Support has provided this action plan and our issue got resolved.

                1) your issue is due to an invalid AD_TRACKABLE_ENTITIES_PKG object

                so please run the following scripts

                sqlplus apps/...

                select text from all_source where name = 'AD_TRACKABLE_ENTITIES_PKG' and line <10 and text like '%Header%';

                alter package AD_TRACKABLE_ENTITIES_PKG compile body;

                show errors

                2) please try to recreate the package and body.

                cd $AD_TOP/patch/115/sql

                sqlplus apps/...

                @adcodlins.pls

                @adcodlinb.pls

                sqlplus apps/...

                select text from all_source where name = 'AD_TRACKABLE_ENTITIES_PKG' and line <10 and text like '%Header%';

                alter package AD_TRACKABLE_ENTITIES_PKG compile body;

                show errors

                note:

                If the above packeg is valid , then retest your issue

                3) Please run the EBS Database Codelevel Checker.

                See  Note 2008451.1  - How To Run The EBS Technology Codelevel Checker (ETCC)

                Downloaded the database checker from Patch 17537119.

                Upload the checkDBpatch_xxxxx.log file.

                - download rda.zip

                - unzip rda.zip

                cd rda
