Does the new manager has Oracle user account, if not create the same and try to replicate the same.
Seen this scenario in my prior projects.
Yes, the new manager has Oracle account and access to approve. I assigned the same manager to myself to test out the process and it works fine for me. It seems like there is something linked between the employee and old manager. I also tried to assign a different manager to the employee to see if that works but every po is routed to the old manager.
Do you have the program "Synchronize WF LOCAL tables" scheduled in the instance.
Can you assign the manager's user which is not working to any other user name and try the approval.
Take the diagnostic of both users and compare, I feel there should be something which is different.
Hi PK - I ran the Synchronize Employees program and nothing changed. I assigned the manager to myself and it worked fine. I also assigned other managers to the employee and it always defaults to the old manager/approver.
