    adalnctl.sh exiting with status 1

      Hello,

       

      I just finished to install EBS VISION demo instance.

       

      But i can't start: adalnctl.sh

       

      The database listener is up and running:

       

      [oracle@ebs122 VIS_ebs122]$ /d01/oracle/db/VIS/11.2.0/appsutil/scripts/VIS_ebs122/addlnctl.sh start VIS

      I have attached the listener log and the Autoconfig log.

       

      What could be wrong?

          Hi Luis,

           

          You mean apps listener adalnctl.sh exiting with status 1?

          which command you are using to startup apps listener?

          In the post it seems that you have provided the status of Database listener, apps listener name should be APPS_VIS.

              I do not see any errors in the log files you uploaded.

              Please post the errors you encountered while trying to start the apps listener.

                I provide you both, database listener (that is Ok) and APPS listener which I have the problem.

                 

                I use this command to start the listener:

                 

                under /d01/oracle/app/VIS/fs1/inst/apps/VIS_ebs122/admin/scripts

                 

                ./adalnctl.sh start APPS_VIS

                or

                ./adalnctl.sh start VIS

                 

                Both fails

                      Can you post the contents of $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/listener.ora

                       

                      Also can u try to start the listener as below and let us know the result:

                      - source the apps environment

                      - lsnrctl start APPS_VIS

                      Or

                      - ./adalnctl.sh start

                            I performed with root user after lsnrctl start APPS_VIS:

                            adalnctl.sh version 120.3.12020000.2

                            Checking for FNDFS executable.

                            Listener APPS_VIS has already been started.

                            adalnctl.sh: exiting with status 2

                            adalnctl.sh: check the logfile /d01/oracle/app/VIS/fs1/inst/apps/VIS_ebs122/logs/appl/admin/log/adalnctl.txt for more information ...

                             

                             

                            [root@ebs122 scripts]#

                             

                            AndI saw that this is already started: status =2

                             

                            ¿?

                             

                            I don't inderstand.
