Unable to access Manage Privilege link even for Administrator

Hi,

In the "Manage Privilege " link by mistake i have denied "Authenticated User" for Access to Administration,

As a result even the Admin user is unable to see the "Administration->Manage Privilege" link .

Is there any way I can grant the  "Access to Administration" for "Authenticated user" ?? so that i can see the "Administration link" ?
