Can anyone please tell me how can we see the tasks in Jeopardy in Universal Work Queue ?
I have Universal work queue option in CIC user and Customer Support but when I click on it I see nothing .. it is blank ?
Is there any setup done separately to view the Universal Work Queue ?
Any help is much appreciated.
