We are on 188.8.131.52 using single sign-on (10.1.4.0.1) and recently applied the required patches to be IE 11 certified ( doc 285218.1). Since then when users get timed out, they are forced off verses receiving a warning that they are about to be timed out. When they are forced off their username is displayed and then are prompted for a password. The problem is that the username is displayed in uppercase and fails. After the failed login, they are able to change their username to lower case.
Has anyone seen this behavior? Any suggestions? I have an SR open and they are saying to enable the global sso timeout (GITO), but that doesn't solve the actual problem.
