    Error 0x15001 in capiDirEntryCache

    502052
I'm using the java api to extract calendar information for a web application. Things generally work fine but there is a particular designate that seems to crash the process whenever she adds an event to a particular user's calendar.

capiDirEntryCache::Update returns 0x15001, which results in a CAPI_STAT_LIBRARY_INTERNAL to be returned from csdk_fetchEventsByRange.

The desktop client and supplied web-based calendar display all entries as expected.

      Any ideas? Thanks.

      Associated log records are:

Further investigation shows that the problem occurs more specifically when there are events in the date range that have been created by two different designates.

Although I wasn't able to reproduce your particular issue, we have made a fix that will handle the problem you are encountering.

The fix was done for the following bug
            http://bug.us.oracle.com/pls/bug/webbug_edit.edit_info_top?rptno=4282406.

and was included in version 10.1.2.1.0.

            2 questions:

Did any changes occur to the calendar user mhking@ucalgary.ca before the error, like a change of node or something?

I would be curius to get the logging of the attribute lists for your issue. Just before the error was encountered, could you update this post with the logging found by grepping for "Event Attributes:"

Will look something like this "Event Attributes:^M
            ASSIGN: AttachMacCreator = BLOB[4]
            ASSIGN: TimeType = 1: STRUCTID[I_U8128]
            ASSIGN: NumInstances = 1: STRUCTID[I_U16129]
            ASSIGN: OrganizerAddress = "mc@example.com": STRUCTID[I_STRING1]
            ASSIGN: xEventId = { eventid = 1027 nodeid = 1000 }: STRUCTID[I_X"

We'll download 10.1.2.1.0 and give it a try.

There was nothing special about mhking@ucalgary.ca. The problem can be replicated by having any two designates create events on somebody's calendar.

Here are the event attributes.. Thanks.

We applied patch # 4892455 to bring the version up to 10.1.2.2.0. That seems to have solved the problem. Thanks.
