getting below error.

As binary owner execute
It will recreate libclntsh binary

till morning it was working fine .
i have applied below patches from then am getting error.

Please apply the following solution:
1. Source the APPS Environment
$ . APPS<CONTEXT_NAME>.env
2. Execute the script $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/clone/adlnkweboh.sh to relink all the binaries.
3.Make sure relink works fine.
4. Try to reapply the patch.
issue got resolved after following below steps.
[appl12dev@amcon-erpdevconc /]$ cd $ORACLE_HOME/bin
[appl12dev@amcon-erpdevconc bin]$ ./genclntsh
