We used to see these dump files with our customers systems and usually no one complained about them.
Look at the files dates, if there are not much files per day then your users may have faced intermittent network issues.
It looks like we're getting 4-6 per hour. Also at least one user gets kicked out with:
FRM-92100 Your connection to the server was interrupted. This may be the result of a network error or a failure on teh server.
These user errors don't correspond to a f60webx dump file and I can't tie the time to anything in the Apache access logs.
do you see any issues in accessing forms or users complaining of disconnection ?
You can do a continuous ping to the server from the user's(user with issue) pc which will help you know if your network connection is getting dropped
Only a couple of users are complaining of disconnection. And those disconnection times don't relate to the $FROMS60_TRACE_PATH files. I would really like to know what causes those to be written.
I am going to have one of those users do a continuous ping. Thanks.
