I have approval hierarchy defined already which was working fine till 2 days back. One of the approver is not getting requisition notifications.
Can anyone help me on this?
Please check if any changes made to the Hierarchy recently, if yes, run Fill Employee Hierarchy request from Purchasing responsibility and check the issue.
Further to the above, please check the user name of the approver, whether he is active or not (Check End Date).
