    Security issue after updating to 11.1.1.9.0

      We have successfully updated to 11.1.1.9.0.

      But, lot of users are having issues accessing the dashboards/reports even after they are given access to them. This was not the case on 11.1.1.7. Any idea as to what was going on and how to fix this? All suggestion welcome

      This issue is not consistent, Users who are able to access the reports one moment are not able to access them at other time. No errors in the logs. Its not an issue with the security setup as there was no such issue in 11.1.1.7, it only started after updating to 11.1.1.9.0

       

      Additional Info:

      • Linux 64 bit server
      • MSAD setup (MSAD is first in the order)
      • Performed GUID refresh and catalog validation after updating to 11.1.1.9.0
      • Cleared the user accounts who are having the issues using "./runcat.sh -cmd forgetAccounts"
