Hello, does anybody know if there are any size limit for message that can be passed through the InterConnect from one end-point to another?

      Thanks,

      Edward

Basically, I was wondering if I pass about 1-2 GB XML message (with millions of array field), is it going to be a problem going through the OAI Hub and do the mapping (object copy). I'm using the FTP Adapter to pass a large XML batch file. That's why it's so huge.

          Thanks,

I am also trying to use the FTP Adapter with the Oracle BPEL Process Manager to get binary (=opaque) files from an FTP server and have them processed through a BPEL process. The problem is it only reads 64 KB.

The documentation ("Oracle Application Server Adapters for Files, FTP, Databases, and Enterprise Messaging", 10g Release 2(10.1.2), December 2005) mentions that the File Adapter will not tranfer more than 7 MB in one go (why on earth???), but what about the FTP Adapter?
