    ICM shows actual process 0 but target process is 1 , even after killing process of ICM

      Hi,


      Why does ICM shows actual process 0 but target process is 1 , even after killing process of ICM  and does not trigger reviver to kick off.

      BUt from backed I see FNDICM runing process is still 1.

      SQL> select * from gv$session where program like 'ICM%';

      no rows selected

      SQL> select running_processes, max_processes,concurrent_queue_name from  apps.fnd_concurrent_queues where concurrent_queue_name='ICM'

      RUNNING_PROCESSES MAX_PROCESSES CONCURRENT_QUEUE_NAME
