View Output Report Error in Oracle EBS R12.1.3

    bd.shweta

      Dear Experts,

On the way to View Report we are facing below error,

"An error occurred while attempting to establish an Applications File Server connection with the node FNDFS_<hostname>. There may be a network configuration problem, or the TNS listener on node FNDFS_<hostname> may not be running. Please contact your system administrator."

All services are UP and Running. Requests are Completed Normal but cannot publish Report.

      Please guide me.

      Regards,

      Shweta

          Hi Shwetha,

Was this working before? If yes then what are the recent changes?

Please can you specify the Environment details. Is this happening for any specific reports or all reports?

          Refer MOS tech notes:

Troubleshooting the "Error Occurred While Attempting to Establish an Applications File Server Connection" (Doc ID 117012.1)

                Hi Xaheer,

                >>Was this working before? If yes then what are the recent changes?

Yes, it all was working fine before, and not all end users are facing the same, most of the users are facing this. In DB and Application side I didn't made any recent change. I am not sure any change in Network Side.

                >>Please can you specify the Environment details. Is this happening for any specific reports or all reports?

Single DB Node, Two Application Servers, which are running parallel, load is balancing by Cisco Load Balancer.

Which User is facing this issue he is not open any report.

                Regards,

                Shweta
