    Cannot login to the R12.1.3 applications


      Hello Everyone:


      After patching in R12.1.3 I am having an issue log into applications. After I put in the credentials into the login page and it's taking long time and not responding and throwing the following generic error.


      The following patches were installed and covered all pre-reqs and also replaced CUSTOM.pll with the original (out of box) CUSTOM.pll.


      INV patch 21218468 

      CPU APR 2015 20406628

      R12.AR.B: Patch 18370021


      To troubleshoot the problem I run the autoconfig on DB and APPS Tier successfully and re-start the applications but that didn't help. Please let me know the how to resolve this issue.
