    ERROR: Skipping startup of oacore_server1 since the AdminServer is down

      Hi ALL,

       

      EBS R12.2.4

      RHEL 6.5

       

      I am starting our EBS instance and I encounter error:

       

      You are running adadminsrvctl.sh version 120.10.12020000.9

       

      Starting WLS Admin Server...

      Refer /home/appluat2/UAT/fs1/inst/apps/UAT_crp2/logs/appl/admin/log/adadminsrvctl.txt for details

       

      adadminsrvctl.sh: exiting with status 1

       

      adadminsrvctl.sh: check the logfile /home/appluat2/UAT/fs1/inst/apps/UAT_crp2/logs/appl/admin/log/adadminsrvctl.txt for more information ...

      .end std out.

      ERROR: Skipping startup of oacore_server1 since the AdminServer is down. AdminServer needs to be up before starting/stopping the managed servers.

      Validated the passed arguments for the option ebs-get-serverstatus

      AdminServer is currently not running.


      Validated the passed arguments for the option ebs-nmstart-adminsrv

      Checking if the Admin Server is already up.

      The Admin Server is not already up.

      Checking if the Node Manager is already up..

      Connecting to Node Manager ...

      Successfully Connected to Node Manager.

       

      The Node Manager is already up.

       

      Starting server AdminServer ...

      Error Starting server AdminServer: weblogic.nodemanager.NMException: Exception while starting server 'AdminServer'

       

      10/13/15-12:44:41 :: adadminsrvctl.sh: exiting with status 1

      Validated the passed arguments for the option ebs-get-serverstatus

      AdminServer is currently not running.

       

       

       

      I encounter this before, then I just> chmod -R 777 /tmp

      and the issue will get resolved, But now it is not working

       

      Please help...
