You can try by adding the DISABLE_CACHE_HIT variable in the advanced tab.
Conversely to Gianni Ceresa's idea, you can also use DISABLE_CACHE_SEED, if you don't want the results of an analysis loaded to the cache (if that's what you mean by "can't create cache").
Taking a step back from your question, it sounds like you have data in a table, some of it that changes, some of it doesn't. Maybe you should use a more refined cache purge/seed routine, maybe based around SAPurgeCacheByQuery to target the specific data elements that have changed?
