Installing Siebel Server

Hi,

Where can I find instructions on Installing a complete instance of Siebel Server and the installation files needed for the installation?

I see on the Oracle e-Delivery portal a lot of Siebel products show the Siebel Industry Application package that has 53 files in it. I've downloaded all the "Starter Requirement" ones and I was able to install Siebel Mobile Web Client (it complained about a Sample Database missing). I'm not able to install Siebel Tools as it needs an Oracle Database Alias. I don't know the installer needs to point to a new Oracle database instance or an existing Oracle database instance used by an already set up Siebel server.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
