    SQL-dev4.1 does not show line number containing date - error

      When running scripts in SQL-developer, it does not show the line number containing a given error when the error concerns date-formatting

      tried this sql-statement:

      select sysdate,

      1,

      2,

      3,

      4,

      to_char(sysdate,'dd-mmm-yyyy')

      from dual;

      ERROR in line 6:

      The problem is easyly overlooked in this simple example; but using large statements holding lots of date-variables the missing line numbering of an error is a problem!

      Sql plus returns the line-number and points out the error!!
