Text Missing in Installer for Windows

What's up with this? I've rebooted my computer. I turned off UAC. I'm running genuine activated fully up-to-date Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit with only Microsoft Security Essentials (up-to-date, no other security/anti-malware programs).

I've tried multiple installers:

jre-8u65-windows-x64.exe

jre-8u66-windows-i586-iftw.exe

jre-8u65-windows-i586.exe

chromeinstall-8u65.exe

jre-8u66-windows-x64.exe

jre-8u66-windows-i586.exe

They all look like this:

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Show us any UI which does something like that...

Use a JList instead.
