    cant receive email from agent

      Hi experts,

       

      I'm trying to schedule reports in OBI Answers, here is what I'm doing:

      1. Change settings like on the picture below:

       

      2. New > Agent

      - Tab General: run as weblogic (admin)

      - Schedule: set time in order to get email in few minutes

      - Condition: do not use

      - delivery content: I choose some of my analysis

      - recipients: weblogic and I add email recipient and put my addres XXX@outlook.com

      - detinations: selected: home page, devices > specific devices> email

      -actions: none

       

      3. Then I save and run it, but unfortunately I don't get any email.

       

      What do I miss?
