any error in scheduler file??while running agent you should connect with internet. bcz GMX is online server.
What does Job Manager tell you? Does it tell you your agent was executed without issues?
Error messages can also be stored in S_NQ_ERR_MSG (that's what Job Manager display).
Yes it says:
Eventually succeeded, but encountered and resolved errors...
[nQSError: 75027] Failed to open connection to SMTP Server (host mail.gmx.com; port 25). AgentID: /users/weblogic/test3
...Trying SMTP Delivery loop again... Sleeping for 4 seconds. AgentID: /users/weblogic/test3
SMTP Server (host mail.gmx.com; port 25). AgentID: /users/weblogic/test3
Exceeded number of SMTP delivery retries.
Anyway smtp server settings shouldn't be wrong, I also tried other smtp server and got the same error.
by the way, when had default settings (localhost) there were no errors but still didn't get any email.
Avinash Pentyala wrote you this:

Your error message tell you this:
Failed to open connection to SMTP Server (host mail.gmx.com; port 25)
And you say this:
Anyway smtp server settings shouldn't be wrong
Assuming you checked what Avinash posted and your OBIEE server can connect to the SMTP server you configured there is only one option: you or the logs are lying, and sorry but the error logs don't lie
So I suspect your SMPT settings are wrong ....
(Did you try to connect to this SMTP by command line on your OBIEE server?)
I tried commnad "ping mail.gmx.com" and it was fine.
I thought maybe there is something I need to do in Admin tool? But I checked some tutorials and there was no mention about it.
btw. what does "bcz" mean?
UPDATE: I talked to administrator and it might be caused by some firewall so I will let you know later if my problem still exist
"ping" is not the same as being able to connect to the SMTP port on the server.
Try telnet or nc to port 25 on that server.
Just to add to this:
OBI can't do basic SMTP AUTH with many mail providers. It's either:
a) Anonymous - no username/password,
