The Presentation & Scheduler Server on Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition-10.1.3.4.1 are showing as DOWN
We have tried to stop & start the entire services as per the instructed order, but the Presentation & Scheduler Server were not starting.
Verified the PresentationLog Files - sawserver.out.log and identified few errors, but still not able to find out the root cause of the issue from those logs.
• Have you tried starting oc4j.
Yes, oc4j stopped and started and looked successful. Restart of presentation and scheduler service still unsuccesful. • Does it come up ok? Yes • If you have usage tracking enabled send those logs also It looks Usage Tracking is enabled but where can we find the log files on the unix server? • If this worked ok before, what changed in the env? It worked perfectly before, nothing has changed. • Did you roll in new rpd? No • Any change in the env? No
