Can we configure OAM/OID in weblogic provided with R12.2? Or Separate server required?
You can configure OID in same server but it's recommended to Install into separate server.
It is recommended to create a separate weblogic domain each for OID and OAM. You can use the same physical server if it has sufficient resources (CPU/memory/disk).

So In SSO integration with R12.2, we can use the weblogic server in R12.2 to create seperate domains for OID/OAM , if we have sufficient server configuration.
If I have understood in wrong perception. Kindly correct me.
As long as EBS R12.2 is still using WebLogic 10.3.6, then yes. OID and OAM need WebLogic 10.3.6. You will need at least 4GB of RAM for each domain.
