    Approval Requests Not Getting Cleared in Oracle Once Responded via Email of Approver

      Hi,

       

      I noticed recently that when a Manager approves his request which is pending for his approval, by clicking Approved via his email in Text Format [I am aware that Email responded in HTML does not work] it doesn't get actioned. In fact the request stays visible in Oracle until it is approved by logging on to Oracle.

       

      Can someone help me please why this is happening?

       

      Please note that I have already followed Oracle provided document 562551.1 to check the set up related to Inbound Thread Count. It is not set to 0 indeed the value is 1 for it in PROD. Thanks.
