          Hi,

          Do you face any problems?

          Please provide us with more information about the nodes comprising this instance and the output of the following query:

          select node_name, node_mode, support_cp, support_web, support_admin, support_forms

          from fnd_nodes;

                1) You should check your database/application OS space next alert log of database node.

                2) Stop CM by cmctl.sh, kill all pending requests if present.

                3) Connect APPS user. Execute CMCLEAN once again.

                4) Start CM by cmctl.sh

                5) If issue persist, down application properly execute AUTOCONFIG on database tier then application tier.

                6) Start application services!

                Regards,

                        kindly note that

                        yesterday  the application sysadmin was locked by a mistake from the department head

                        i've used the FNDCPASS apps/apps 0 Y system/manager USER SYSADMIN to reset it

                        i think it may be the problem

                          Check the blog, how to relink executable: Expertise in Oracle Apps....: How to relink a single executable (binary file) using ADADMIN utility ?

                          Please try to relink fndsm and fndfs executables.
