You're good to go - assuming you're OK with what 4.1.3 imported when you started it up the first time.
Don't delete the 4.1.3 folder

I tend to keep the latest/greatest version plus one version back. Recently, I installed 4.1.3 and I have 4.1.2 installed as well. By keeping the 4.1.2 version, I feel "safe" in case 4.1.3 is too buggy for me and I can go back to my most recent, stable version. I remove all other versions.
Note: I've never needed to go back to an older version, but I keep that one version around for a comfort level.
