    Publish to Apex

      When I use right-click, Publish to Apex and fill in the fields required, I get an error for invalid Theme id regardless of which theme I choose.

      When I use the wwv_flow_create_app_from_query package there is no such error unless I use theme id > 22

       

      How do I get the right click action to work?

       

      Tried on oracle 12 and oracle 11g, using apex 5 and apex 4.2

      sqldeveloper version : 4.1.0.19
