It depends on how much user activity do you have.
The current settings should be sufficient to run up to 500 concurrent users.

Never use the manual recommendations for SGA based on experiences. Every Database/Application is different.
Use memory advisor from EM:
The transactions are the key. You memory advisor gives you the best advise for SGA/PGA
Alternatively, you can use this:
SELECT * FROM v$memory_target_advice ORDER BY memory_size_factor;
is application also running from the same server? If that is the case then you will have to keep some memory for Concurrent Processing and other application services. But as you have around 80GB of memory, I think SGA and PGA together you can go up to 40GB in total. I would suggest you start with 12G of SGA and then keep on monitoring the memory usage.
