How to remove carriage return from end of the string?

    913349

      Hi All,

      i am using oracle 11g .11.4.0

i have  a column  having data with carriage returns like CHR[13], CHR[10] and chr[32]

      example:

      col1:

      abcde.

      <br>defgh.<br>

      jklmnop

      <br><br> <br>   <br>

here i am giving only one record values. The carriage returns may be more at end of sting.

i need to remove all carrige returns end of the string. if carriage returns are in between sting i don't want to remove.i need to remove end of string .

      Expected output:

      abcde.

      <br>defgh.<>br

      jklmnop

      Thanks

      Damby
