      Hi,

      I have created one trigger on FND_USER table.

      below is the code:

      CREATE OR REPLACE TRIGGER APPS.XX_CREATE_USER_TRIG

         AFTER INSERT OR UPDATE

         ON FND_USER

         FOR EACH ROW

      DECLARE

      BEGIN

         BEGIN

             CREATE_USER_P (P_USER_ID     =>:NEW.USER_ID,  -- This procedure is used to track the changes

                            P_PERSON_ID              => :NEW.EMPLOYEE_ID,

                             P_USER_NAME               =>:NEW.USER_NAME,

                              P_CREATION_DATE          => :NEW.CREATION_DATE

                              );

         EXCEPTION

            WHEN OTHERS

            THEN

               NULL;

         END;

      END;

      When any user access his account though application,it makes two new entries to my table.

      Thanks,

      Sameer
