hope this will help you...
Assuming that you are on R12 and that you are referring to the PDF PO generated from the application, you need to look at the Document Type Layout attached to the Purchasing document. The standard / seeded layout does have Supplier email address defined within. If you are using a custom layout, then you would need to use the same / similar logic as used in the seeded layout.
Thanks for replying. Yes, we are on EBS 12.1.3 version. As per my finding the seeded report does not contain email address. Can you please point me which report/file/template is referred?

What is listed under Document Type Layout for Purchase Order Standard will be your template. The seeded value is 'Standard Purchase Order Stylesheet'
I'm not seeing supplier email address showing or in the available XML when I create a PO using the standard layout. If this is something you want on there you would have to customize the PO template if you are still on the seeded template. There is lots of documentation out there on how to do this and it may involve having to install a patch for the custom hook.

Custom Hook For Enhancing Purchase Order PDF XML Generation Logic (Doc ID 1505737.1)
If you are already using a customized template you would have to add the necessary SQL to the custom hook package and add the field to the custom template that you are using.
Hope that helps,
Thanks, I will going to try this out.
Thanks for the reply. My question was how to get the supplier/vendor on PO form.
My question was how to get the supplier/vendor on PO form.
PO Form already have supplier field.
Sorry, I missed writing "Email". I need supplie/vendor email on PO.
Why you want supplier email field in po form? what is the use?
you want to save it in back end when you create or just for display purpose?
I guess, we can display in any lov display column through form personalization.
