Thanks for the doc. But the suggested docs are for entire EBS instance. And my question was regarding one 1 particular query.
What i want to know is that : -
1) Can we create indexes on standard tables in Oracle EBS? As it is said that we should not create indexes on standard tables?
2) What is the alternative to this situation? Can we use any other performance tunning approach for the same? like SQL plan baseline , SQL Profile????
If anyone has any info or any example or blog url do share which will be useful to all to know about SQL tunning.
Creating custom indexes on seeded tables is generally not recommended - it may solve the performance of one specific query, but may introduce performance issues in other queries.
This one particular query - is this a custom query ? Can you post the information requested in these threads for this custom query ?
