Not natively, but you could probably use the script command to do that.
so to get it, you could create an alias which runs the anon block to get the output -...and then you could maybe run that via the repeat command for a given time period.
writing it to a file would probably where you'd bring the script stuff into play, or you could use UTL_FILE to write out the file

Well - there is the OWA,GET_PAGE procedure - which come to think of it, is probably how the OWA Output screen works.
