What is Support Identifier and how do i get one?

     I have just downloaded the Winx64_12102_database_1of2.zip. As I was trying to install it, I came across the  window that allows you to enter you email and password wich I did but it kept on telling me to use the password and email that I use on My Oracle Support. When I tried accessing My Oracle Support then I realised that to enter I had to type in a Support Identifier, How do I get it and What is it for. Please dears HELLLLLLLP,
