    Anyone else out have issues with Portal (OAM/OHS/FMW) access on Internet Explorer version 9+ (intermittent blank username/password)?

      We recently upgraded to OAM 11.1.2.3.4 and now are noticing intermittent login issues and at times errors. Here is one scenario that users experience:

      Opened IE11, accessed Test Portal URL, prompted me for CAC and Pin, entered my CBS Portal username/password, returned me to login screen several times with blank username & password, closed browser, opened browser, cleared java cache, accessed URL, prompted me for CAC, successfully logged into Test CBS Portal

      Is this a known issue?

      FMW Version = 11.1.1.7

      JDK = 1.6.111

      JRE = 1.8.66

      WebLogic = 10.3.6.0.13
